Little is known about the use of pictures or visual aids when a patient is seeing a health practitioner.

Low health literacy is a known barrier to ideal health outcomes. Tools that are useful in overcoming health literacy when communicating health information include simplifying language and the use of pictures.

This research aims to explore the prevalence and impact of drawing in practitioner-patient consultations.

We would like responses from any health practitioner, even if you do not use pictures.
